YOU DONT HAVE JAVASCRIPT ENABLED!!
In order for the hub to serve you better, please kindly turn it on.
1.) For Firefox Browsers, clickontools>options>content tab... Check Enable Javascript Box, click ok, then refresh your browser.
2.) For Internet Explorer Browsers, click on tools>internet options>securitytab>highlight Internet, then click the Custom Level Button. Scroll down to Active Scripting, then click enable. Refresh your browser.
